Nothing here affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel from delivery.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
Subscriptions
Cancel or pause anytime in your account; the guarantee covers subscription orders too.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund.
